My early high-school days I was that hyper kid who was often made to sit in the hall for interrupting class. My report card would contain the teachers comments of "is a distraction to others" and "spends too much time talking with friends". School was never the answer and I struggled to find what my path and goals actually were. One thing that was a constant for me was that I seemed to always find myself showing people a good time and fueling the moment. Throwing keggers, performing party tricks, and often commandeering the sound system to try and prompt a shirtless dance party. That morphed into Djing at local clubs which then morphed into DJing weddings. All the while, travel was an important thing to me. I would always see photos of my grandparents on cruises and traveling Europe and I think that inspired me. My first attempt was me borrowing my parents station wagon and driving down to Florida (road trips are my absolute favorite). My best friend would often joke that I'd rather "drive to France" than 3 miles down the road to spend a Saturday night at his place. I was forever changed when I took my first backpacking trip 6 years ago. I don't know when the exact moment I decided to start this crazy travel company was. But, I now think most of my life has been definitely leading up to this point. Its been incredibly rewarding to see all of my unique characteristics culminate into what has become We Must Dash. I look forward to showing you and your friends the time of your lives.

I spent a lot of my life convinced traveling wasn't in the cards for me; always finding excuses for why I couldn't make it happen. Then in 2014, I quit my job and simplified my lifestyle, and am now living out my best years seeing the world with my husband and our friends. My favorite trips are spontaneous, filled with adventure, and offer experiences that change your perspectives. I've really come to enjoy pushing through my comfort zones and helping others do it too! Every trip I take I feel like there is some major challenge I have to overcome in order to grow and learn. There's a big world out there, and I feel very humbled that I am able to experience it. When I'm not traveling, I am a self-employed freelancer with a background in marketing, communications, and film and TV production. I am also a wedding and event videographer during the summer season.

From the history laden streets of Boston, to the papaya fields of Hawaii, the snows of Mt Denali, and even the cruise ship ports of Key West, I've been pretty lucky to be able to travel to some pretty extraordinary places in the US. While simultaneously being able to fully experience their communities by becoming a working member of them. I've called Key West my home for the last couple years where I've mostly done tour guide work, but I try to spend my time in the summer offseason seeing as much of the country as I can in any way possible. However, I decided to start spending more time traveling overseas. I spent a summer backpacking all over Europe, experiencing the big named cities and sites of Western Europe that people often dream about, while also spending a lot of my time in Eastern Europe in countries and places most people have never heard of. More recently I have been able to experience the opportunity of a lifetime working as a guide with WeMustDash. The thing that makes it so great is being able to show and share the world with great groups of like minded, travel loving people. My goal going forward in life is to continue to expose people to the possibilities that are out there when one is willing to step outside their comfort zones.
